Refund Policy – excavator.supply

At excavator.supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of heavy construction equipment, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipping stages and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and handling costs.

Returns

  • Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of our equipment, all sales are final once shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selection.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photo and/or video evidence of the damage, packaging, and serial number is required.

  • After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

    • Replacement parts

    • Repair assistance

    • Partial refund

    • Full refund (when repair or replacement is not feasible)

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is confirmed as damage or defect.

Refused Deliveries

  • Refused deliveries without prior authorization are treated as returns.

  • Return freight costs, restocking fees, and associated charges will be deducted from the refund.
